Pretty good

Animation was quite choppy at parts but it was pretty decent overall. I see you had quite a bit of inspiration from samurai jack. Freaken awesome cartoon. Great job dude.

Actually Quite good

I think you have a lot of potential. Especially because you've already got important elements down, like choreography, length and effects like the radial gradient. You just need to focus more now on your movements. Try making a whole bunch of tests to practice different movements. Like punching, kicking, jumping, running, walking, etc...
Also with the v-cam, you need to hold 'shift' while resizing so it doesn't squash and stretch the image.

This made me lol literally. The animation and art was absolutely terrible, but I think that contributed to it's hilariousness.
The humour kinda reminded me of South Park. Great stuff man.

Your animations skillz are very good, however this movie just didn't do it for me. The action was too slow like, he would shoot, then it takes ages for the screen to move onto the target THEN he will die after a bit of waiting. If you had made it just a bit more faster paced it would have been pretty amazing.
But it was a great job anyway. Make a second one and consider what I said :3
